The goal of this website is to help anyone with health problems, especially those in the musculoskeletal category, to find their way through the maze of choice and information that is available today. Through this guidance, each individual can take charge of their own health and happiness and use the body’s own innate intelligence to achieve this.
We will also aim at informing the public on the many ways of learning how to improve your life and health and help create choice when a health and wellbeing crisis arises. Though prevention is always better than the cure, these experiences often happen, when you are ready to learn from the vast knowledge out there. This will be done through recommendations on books, web-sites, CDs, DVDs and advice gathered from experts in the conventional and complementary health world. The goal is to create a one-stop health web-site to help guide you in the right direction for you, in your search for a happy and healthy life.

The clinic was started in August 2004 as a follow-on from the Wood Street Clinic, Barnet which ran for almost 20 years combining many forms of complementary therapies very successfully.
We have since expanded to work with different surgeons, pain specialists, Pilates instructors and so on, to find the best and most appropriate treatment for each individual patient.
It is important to achieve a 'pain-free' state (or as close to it as possible) first before starting any serious form of exercise; consult with your treating specialist before you commence any exercise programme, and also get the 'all-clear' from your GP.
